The Organa Trio

“A classic jazz lineup of an organ with guitar and drums, this Columbia-based local favorite trio is heavily influenced by soul and the blues” - ColaJazz

The Organa Trio was founded to continue the lineage of the classic lineup of guitar/organ/drums in jazz, utilized by greats such as Jimmy Smith, Wes Montgomery, Grant Green, Peter Bernstein, Larry Goldings and many others.

The trio plays a mixture of original tunes, jazz standards, modern covers, and soul classics.

Bryant/Lee Duo

Started as a project during the gig-less climate of Covid lockdowns in 2020, the Bryant/Lee duo began as a home recording project for fun before evolving into recording a fully realized album, featuring original music and jazz standards.

The Bitteroots

Since its founding in 2008, the band’s groove-oriented approach to rock ‘n’ roll has drawn comparisons to the Tedeschi Trucks Band, Melissa Etheridge and Janis Joplin and has landed The Bitteroots onstage at some of the Southeast’s most prestigious festivals, including the Atlanta Dogwood Festival, the Sweetwater 420 Festival, the Summer Shade Festival, the Inman Park Festival and Stone Mountain Park’s Yellow Daisy Festival. I was fortunate enough to be a member of this band for many years.

Before hanging it up for good in 2023, The Bitteroots have shared the stage with: Butch Trucks (The Allman Brothers Band), Kool & The Gang, Mavis Staples, Jeff Tweedy (Wilco), Everclear, Drivin’ N Cryin’, Mother’s Finest, Freddy Jones Band, Allgood Music Company, Col. Bruce Hampton, Arrested Development, 7 Walkers (Bill Kreutzmann of The Grateful Dead), Elephant Revival, The Milk Carton Kids, George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic
